 Frequently involved in physical altercations (fist fights, etc.) with non-family members

 Physical altercations with parents or siblings


   Academic Under-Achievement / Truancy / Suspension
 Often skips school
 Receives low grades in school
 Teachers report disruptive behavior in class
 Has been suspended from school


   Drug or Alcohol Experimentation
 Drinks alcohol
 Smokes cigarettes
 Uses marijuana
 Abuses prescription drugs
 Uses other illegal drugs (cocaine, meth-amphetamines, etc.)


   Running Away
 Has ran away
 Talks seriously about running away


   Trouble With The Law
 Has been arrested
 Takes part in illegal activities that could lead to an arrest ( theft, street racing, assault, etc.)


   Sexual Promiscuity
 Is sexually active
 Uses promiscuous language
 Involved in "sexting" (sending promiscuous messages and or images via text message)
 Involved in promiscuous chats/forums
 Visits pornographic websites


   Self Destructive Behavior
 Involved in "cutting" (intentionally cutting or burning your own body)
 Talked or written about suicide
 Attempted suicide
